  1. Link Pixstar with Alexa

    We keep our calendars in our Alexa, but we don’t have a display of the calendar unless we open up our calendar app. If our calendar display had the events from Alexa, it would be an easy reminder for upcoming events.

  3. Ability to add/change caption

    Please upgrade your website to allow users to add or change captions on photos in frame. Would be a great improvement and I would then recommend this frame to everyone

  4. 100% remote web interface control

    I bought the 15" frame (2019) for my father. This was a very nice upgrade to the Pixstar frame from several years ago.

    The frame is in the Midwest, while I am on the west coast.

    My father loves the frame....however he is challenged at times to understand the frame's interface (92years old).

    Anyway to get 100% frame control? I can't manually adjust time remotely. I can't control all the sorting options remotely. Having 100% remote access would only enhance Pixstar's brand. Many of my relatives have adopted the Pixstar brand after seeing the frame in action. These relatives fall…

  5. Using TVersity as picture server

    When using TVersity as a server to send photos to the Pix-Star the advice is to use the setting for the Sony PS3 BUT for the latest TVersity version software this still results in small thumb nail pictures being shown.
    Using the Sony PS4 setting seems to get them to show full size on the screen.

  6. Add captions to photo from within the app

    I have over 300 photos in a folder that I would love tongonthrough each photo and add captions from within the app. The purpose is to allow others seeing the playback to read why a given picture is important to me. Today, this is only done via mailing a photo and adding a caption in the subject line.

  7. Add ability to whitelist/blacklist by phone number for people using the Pix-Star Snap app

    For the photo-emails it is easy to add email address to the whitelist and blacklist groups. For the Pix-Star Snap app for Android/iOS, it would be nice to be able to add phone numbers to the same whitelist/blacklist groups. I want to be able to avoid having the grandparents frames left open to accepting photos from anyone who knows the frame's address.

  16. Self-Service Frame Replacement Update Capability

    I just bought a replacement for my previously purchased frame that completely failed and would say that your frame replacement process is completely stupid. I should be able to manage my frame (replace it) on the website. Instead, I had to run around collecting serial numbers and other information to send to some admin person at your company to make some change to your database. I looked at this before I bought the new one and tried to convince my wife to just use one of the 10" Echo shows (which i have 2 of them) instead of messing with…

    Thank you for this suggestion.

    It is now possible inside your pix-star.com account (go to " my profile ") to update yourself your frame serial number so that you can self service when replacing an old pix-star frame by a new Pix-Star unit.

  17. Allow Sorting on Website

    In the display on the website allow sorting by file name, file date, etc so it is easier to find and delete duplicate photos.

    I'd love for you to be able to kick off the playing of an album / photomails through IFTTT. This would allow for a huge jump in the number of things you can do with the photo frame.

  19. User specified sort order

    I would like to be able to drag & drop images on the web interface to rearrange the order of images to be displayed.

    If that is not feasible, then I would like to be able to specify new files names and be able to sort by the file name.

  20. website sorting order

    i have over 2,000 photos uploaded. how do i get to the oldest ones on website? it only sorts newest to oldest. i want to delete some older photos, but can only load 20 at a time. it will take a long time to get to the bottom. any suggestions?
