  1. Allow me to log out of the google photo account so I can change the account please.

    I'm setting up a 2nd frame and was going to try to use 2 google photo accounts (my account and my in-laws) - however, once I set it up to my account and saved an album, I'm unable to log out so I can't even send them the photos to their account and setup correctly until we can log mine out.

  3. Auto Restart Frame

    We have bought 4 frames to date. All have the same issue wherein new pictures are not viewable unless the frame is powered down and restarted, at which time the appear instantly. Yes we've configured all to show new pictures more frequently. It would be useful if the configuration allows for a daily restart at a selected time or at a predetermined time (selected by you, say 12:01am). My current solution is to plug it into a smart plug that I have configured to turn off for 10 minutes every day at 1am and then turn back on. This ensures…

  4. Weather cannot add city with two part name as a suggestion

    "Ocean" NJ is on the list. I want to get weather for "Ocean City" NJ. When I suggest it the application throws an error "Error! Sorry, this city is not available.". Seems to not like suggestions with two word names or its not clear how to request that a new weather city be added. Thanks.

  6. Facebook issues

    I noticed that my Facebook photo's were not updating... After logging into the account, I received an error that my password might have changed and to update it. When I clicked on Facebook under "Import external pictures" tab, it didn't do anything. I've tried a difference browser and noticed the same. Clicking on Facebook does nothing, when I attempted to click on the others, a request for user name and password would pop up.

  7. Random mode should not repeat any photo until all photos shown at least once

    I keep seeing many photos over and over. And some photos hardly at all. The random cycle should show each photo at least once before any photo should be repeated

  11. Allow a custom web stream as 'Personal' Radio station

    I have a Bose SoundTouch smart speaker and one of the options it has is to allow a user to input a "Custom Station"
    This is verbiage from their GUI:
    Custom Station
    Enter a URL and we'll do our best to stream it. If streaming doesn't start
    within a few seconds, the URL may be bad or the format might not be
    supported, and you'll have to try another.
    Supported Formats:
    MP3, MP4-AAC, ALAC, AAC, HEAAC, ASF, WMA, HLS, OGG, Vorbis, FLAC,
    SBC

  12. Possibility to reopen ”implemented” suggestions

    I have notised that many suggestions are ”closed” as implemented, while they still not really support the suggestion. For example the suggestion of 24h clock support. The suggestion states ”implemented”. However, reminders still needs to be set using am/pm. Yes, I can add a new suggestion, but it just generates many suggestion with similar objectives.

  13. Possibility to merge suggestions with ”the same” object

    I’m new to PixStar, and I’m starting to add suggestions. When reading posted suggestions, I soon realize that many of them have the same objective. It would be a benefit for PixStar AND the users if these could be connected/merged. To enable this add a suggestion number/ID to each suggestion. Also add a possibility to notify the suggestor that another similar suggestion exist. Finally, enable the suggester to merge his/her suggestion with another (group votes).

  15. Enable the possibility to ONLY display images from the inbox folder

    Currently there is a function to only display images retrieved via email. This is independent if they have been moved to other web albums. I, for example, have created a web album used to archive images I don`t want to display but have the option to readd them.

  16. Keep email details when an image is copied to an album

    The email details are currently lost when an image is moved to a web album. It would be nice to have the inbox as a filter and be able to move ”approved” images, with their details, to different web albums.

  17. Allow global clock/date settings

    Currently the clock displays with am/pm and the date as MMDDYYYY. Add the possibility to display 24h clock and other date formats, for example YYMMDD.

  18. Confirm reminders before removed (stop shown)

    Currently the reminders display for 1 min, then they disappear, which makes them quite useless. Please add functionality for the frame user to confirm messages. Alternativlely with the remote, but even better by just tapping the frame. As a variant, let the reminder pop-up based on a set interval, for example every 5th minute (during a set range, or until confirmed).

  20. Allow multiple frames to be assigned to a single account

    I'd like to be able to assign multiple frames to one account. Best I can tell I have to create separate accounts for each frame, a special "group" account, then add all the accounts to the group account. Then, after doing this I have to somehow copy any existing pictures on each individual account to each frame.

    I just want multiple frames, assigned to one account, then any existing pictures, or new ones, in the cloud sent to that account show up on all the frames.
