Portrait mode is useless if the Menu, alarms & reminders are only displayed in landscape view.
Portrait mode is preferred on our device but any alarms & reminders only display in landscape mode. This makes the additional features useless or forces you to use the device in landscape mode & vastly shrink most pictures which are taken in portrait mode.

It would be nice for there to be examples or a description next to the check box for each transition so we can see what the effect is
Slideshow transitions need to have a brief description next to the check boxes. Its difficult to determine what some of the selections are using the trial and error method

Make an album from a selection of photos from "All photos on the frame"
I would like to be able to play a different albums at Christmas than the rest of the year. I would like to be able to choose all of the photos that are currently on the frame (none are in albums) and add them to one album. Then I would like to add additional photos to the frame and to a separate album called Christmas. Right now there is no option to choose all photos from "All photos on the frame" on a Mac, and then add the to an album. I took one and a half hours to choose…

Confirm reminders before removed (stop shown)
Currently the reminders display for 1 min, then they disappear, which makes them quite useless. Please add functionality for the frame user to confirm messages. Alternativlely with the remote, but even better by just tapping the frame. As a variant, let the reminder pop-up based on a set interval, for example every 5th minute (during a set range, or until confirmed).

Allow me to log out of the google photo account so I can change the account please.
I'm setting up a 2nd frame and was going to try to use 2 google photo accounts (my account and my in-laws) - however, once I set it up to my account and saved an album, I'm unable to log out so I can't even send them the photos to their account and setup correctly until we can log mine out.

Having trouble with DNLA ...
But this frame is great! Make more. Everybody is sold out! I will buy more! And I am telling everybody I know about it too. Such a great way to share family pictures and to be sure they are seen more than once and lost in an email or hard drive!

just like having a weather forecast, add the ability to display the current day on a monthly calendar... showing the total mo/day of week

Slide Show Options
I'd like to be able to set the slideshow to default to a DNLA folder as my pictures are saved on the Media server and also the functionality to loop the same slideshow continuously

Android app should be able to access SD card
The Android app is currently unable to access pictures stored on my (micro) SD card in my phone. (it only finds pictures in the phone's internal memory.) Please update it to be able to access all picture and video files on my phone!

Just download the update and it should be fine.

Allow deletion of audio messages
Currently, audio messages cannot be deleted. I sent a test message with the Android app, and now it's stuck as the only audio message on my grandmother's frame. Please allow the option to delete audio messages the same way users can delete photos!

The function to delete the audio message is already implemented. Please make sure you have the latest sotware version.
To delete the audio message, you can go to
My Photo-Mail Inbox → My Voice Messages.
Then press on Select files to delete, and select all the Audio Messages you wish to delete, and the last step is to press on Delete selected files.

Recent photos should not show weather
When I select the "show recent pictures" viewing mode, I get the weather information way too often, and the configuration to show the info every hour I have is not respected.
In practice this mode is not very usable because half of the displayed pictures are weather!

This is already an existing feature.
Go to the change settings menu, then go to
SLIDE SHOW
in this menu you have:
Display mode
Here change to choose:
SMART FILL
this will enlarge pictures when possible, that is to say if the pictures is a least 80% of the size of the screen, if the picture are smaller than that we don’t enlarge them as they look pixelated and quite ugly then.

More detail in the user manual
Have a "generic" manual to print and send out with the frame. Maybe have a much more detailed manual on-line. Put ALL the information for the settings options in the on-line manual. Update the on-line manual as you make all the wonderful changes it looks like you're making based on customer feedback. Put a link in the printed manual you send out and encourage people to look there for new features.

Rename web albums
Please make it possible to rename a web album. Right now it only takes the name from the source folder (OneDrive in my instance). And I've *neatly" ordered my photos in folders accoring to year and subfolders with months. It's confusing when all my albums are "July" (that's our vacation month ;) )

Questions on Pix-Star Google Photo Integration
I keep all my photos organized on Google Photos....I am looking for a frame that will randomly cycle my photos from Google Photos so I do not have to update the frame manually each time I have new photos. Is it possible for your frame to randomly cycle the Google Photos I have... ? How does the integration work between Google Photos and your frame ?
What integration do you have concerning the above.

Periodic Re-Scan of Network Folders
I am an amateur Photographer - I store my pictures on my Photography PC and have sync software that distributes those pictures to my other PCs (for screensaver and viewing on the road) and to my NAS for long-term Storage. I would love it if the frame had an option to periodically rescan the selected folder(s) - perhaps as it is entering the stand-by mode? - to assure that the slideshow always contains the most recent entries to the folders.
