    Does anyone else not know what this means:

    Pixstar Support Team - Suggest you create a brief "hot to use pixstar snap to upload video to your frame" and put it in your knowledge base. Setting up a digital frame shouldnt take this long.

    I sure don't have a clue what the support team is talking about with a "hot to use pixstar snap to upload video to your frame" is or how to do this. A little more help? This should be much easier process. Terrible
