    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

    Dear Pix-Star,

Your support page says "Ask us anything, we are here for you!" Well, we're asking... Will you please add support for .HEIC files?

There is an open source library that you can use to convert .HEIC files to .JPEG. All you have to do is use it: https://github.com/strukturag/libheif

libheif even has an online demo that implements the library in javascript and demonstrates it using your browser: https://strukturag.github.io/libheif/ (upload a .HEIC image from your iPhone and your browser can convert it to .JPEG). libheif includes bindings for C++, python, and NodeJS. It should take your developers a day or two to incorporate it into your frames.

Nearly half of your customers are generating .HEIC files on their phones and can't display those photos on your frames! It's 2021 now. Looking forward to a firmware update soon that includes support for .HEIC files. :-)

    Thanks!
