  1. Select multiple Albums

    I would like a "Switch Slide Show" option to select more than one album (but not all albums).
    Basically check off which albums to play.

  2. Manage multiple Pix-Star frames from one account & unique group email address

    I have several Pix-Star frames and i want to send pictures to a common email address so that they all receive the picture and manage them from a single account.

  3. Display only on Set week days only

    Option to chose which days of the week the screen is showing.

    i.e. under display options, withe start and close times set. Have Monday to Sunday check boxes. So that I can simply choose which days of the week the screen should display. i.e. weekdays only, etc.

  4. Delete photos from frame remotely

    Please add instructions for how to delete from frame remotely. We have finally figured it out after trial and error and got no help from your staff. You can only delete from frame when frame is ON. Otherwise you are deleting from the online view and they stay on the frame. The option to remove from frame only shows up if the frame happens to be on. This is an important instruction when the frame owners can not remove things on their own.   6. Reminders online

    I need to be able to create the reminders online. The remote control is too cumbersome without an actual keyboard and only up and down arrows. Additionally I need to be able to do it remotely.
    Also, I need these reminders to stay up the whole day or at least for an extended amount of time. They can appear at the bottom of the pictures.
    Birthday reminders should have a setting to repeat annually and stay up all day (like the weather).

  7. SAMBA server - drop the insecure SMB v1, upgrade to v2+

    The original SMB protocol (v1) has been deprecated for years, known to be very insecure (remember WannaCry?).
    Current systems don't even support connecting to that by default. In Windows 10 - since v1709 - you'd have to manually activate the old "SMB 1.0/CIFS client" feature to access this picture frame. And that is a BAD idea to have it enabled on a regular basis (makes you vulnerable to all kinds of attacks when connecting to any OTHER samba servers).

    My question is: do you even plan updating this (in firmware)? And when?

  8. Sort pictures on website in reverse order

    When viewing an album on the website, the photos are sorted by the upload date. It would be much more useful to sort in the reverse order so the most recent are at the top. I often use this web view to see what the most recent photos I uploaded are, and right now I have to scroll to the bottom which takes forever as the photos load 20 at a time.

  9. Connecting the frame to a NAS within the local network via SMB

    Dears,
    it would be nice to connect the Frame via the smb-protokoll to a NAS / Windows-Share and Play all found Pictures stored in all/different Folders.
    If the NAS/share is updated with new files, the Frame will Play them in the future (cycling or random) without updating the Frame itselve.

  11. Sort external web albums alphabetically

    When importing external pictures the albums are not shown in order, which makes finding specific albums difficult. Please present a sorted list. Specifically, I use SmugMug so I don't know if this problem exists with other sources.

  12. Automatic Firmware Update

    I once had a problem with the frame which was fixed in one of the updates, but I was not aware about that, as the frame simply shows images all the time and I have no need to look at the menu, so I didn't see the notification.

    It would be really nice if the device could automatically install firmware updates by itself while asleep or early at the morning. You can make this optional, though.

  13. Great product-Thanks! Set up a challenge using th buttons on the back. How about a touch screen interface?

    Set up was difficult using the buttons on the back. Once frame was registered much easier. My suggestion is to include a touch screen interface--I keep hitting keys to input by Wi-Fi network--using buttons on back and then clicking Ok was time consuming. Thanks

  14. Move images from inbox to web album

    I would like it to be possible to move images from the inbox to a web album. Today I must copy images from inbox to a web album and after the copying is complete I delete the images from the inbox..

    Hello,

    There is already such feature in the web site.

    Select the picture to copy then just above the pictures at the right click on the drop down menu saying " copy picture to web album" and select the destination album.

    remark: you must create the web albums first int eh page " view my web albums".

  15. How about auto adjustment for Daylight Savings time!

    Please change le clock to use NTP servers, GMT plus a timezone adjustment. I have to change the clock every time we move in and out of DST!

  16. Allow reminders to be created online.

    Currently there is no functionality for reminders or alarms online. Creating them on the frame is cumbersome due to the interface.

  17. The ability to edit alarms/reminders online

    It would be most helpful to be able to edit existing alarms and reminders online. I would love to be able to change the time on a reminder rather than having to create a new alarm/reminder with the new time and then having to delete the old reminder.

  18. Slideshow: only Inbox (without local storage or web-folders)

    Hello! Thanks for the great product. I buy it for my grandma in Germany and she love it.
    Is it possible to show only the pictures of the "inbox"?
    the more recent pictures are stored there
    - we didn't want to show ALL web-folders and ALL the local storage - only the recent pictures
