Delete photos from frame remotely

Please add instructions for how to delete from frame remotely. We have finally figured it out after trial and error and got no help from your staff. You can only delete from frame when frame is ON. Otherwise you are deleting from the online view and they stay on the frame. The option to remove from frame only shows up if the frame happens to be on. This is an important instruction when the frame owners can not remove things on their own. Once you delete from account online, you can not see the ones on the frame that you did not delete.

    I too would like to know how to delete photos from the frame. At first I went into the website and deleted them but they were still playing on the frame. Then I used the remote went to menu and trash canned the same pictures again they are still playing. Please how do I remove them they are duplicates but in a smaller size I do t want them playing on the frame they are not Google photos. I love my frame but really need better instructions. Help

    I deleted a lot of old photos from the online site, assuming they would be deleted from the frame... but no. If i could simply refresh the frame to recognize all the photos that weren't deleted. OR, delete all photos from the frame, then transfer all remaining photos to the frame.

    Please email instructions on how to remove from the frame itself. I cannot get the albums to come up so I can say, please delete this folder; nor can I get it to come up to delete all so I can add new albums. It takes a long time to individually delete them as there are around 200 on it and I want to put new ones on the frame.

    I want to delete some photos that are currently displaying on the frame. How do I know if the frame is ON - when it is displaying photos or something else. Thanks
