Ability to Add Photo Names
I would love to be able to add photo names to my PixStar library. My husband and I travel a lot and I have uploaded many photos that we display randomly but I can't now tell exactly where in the world the photos were taken. Any hope?

Sharing albums has a limitation
I shared an album on my 12" frame to a 15" frame I bought for my granddaughter. Smart Fill doesn't work on this album. The pics don't fill the screen on the 15" frame. The display is smaller, i.e., the pics display at the 12" frame size. It would be an improvement if Smart Fill worked on both uploaded photos and shared album photos.
1 voteThis is a technical limitation when you share pictures form a small frame to a bigger one there is no solution to this.

Connecting the frame to a NAS over Internet
Hi, I think there are more and more people start using NAS, and I also know the frame support UPnP/DLNA within local network. I would like to suggest if the frame can access a NAS over Internet, via many different channels e.g. FTP or those common media server e.g. Plex, or individual access connection APIs for those common brand for NAS (e.g. asustor, synology, qnap). This will save a lot of time for NAS user to upload the photo to those providers(e.g. Google Photo, SmugMug etc) with limited storage.

You can use SAMBA folder to do more or less the same feature.

Import picture taken date from Web Album - Google Photos (Picasa, google drive, Google+)
Hi, we use Google Photos to host pictures for a web album. The grandparents would love to see the date the picture was taken on the Pix-Star frame. Unfortunately, the date-taken metadata doesn't move with the picture from Google to Pix-Star. Could you please update your connection to Google to have the date-taken metadata included with the pictures as they are synchronized?

Customize the order of photos in web albums
I would like to be able to customize the order of the photos. Right now I only way I can see to do this is to delete and then upload in the order I want the images, but if it could be done via the Web Album interface that would be great.

Bulk download: include Sender as a sub-folder in the ZIP folder
When I bulk download pictures from the web-site, group pictures by the senders' e-mail addresses (as subfolders in the .ZIP file). That will allow me to make a full backup and not lose the sender information.

Custom photo order
It would be nice to be able to set the order of photos via the web interface. When family members send large groups of photos, we. Old integrate them into the photo flow more efficiently.

The last time it was online
Hello,
I do not think there is a feature on this, if there is please let me know.
It will be good if it records the last time and date is was online. Even better if it shows uptime (Linux) history.
The reason is then we can check if the machine was ever online. My
mother-in-law will always off it and it remain offline for long periods. I have no idea how often it is used, or even if the reminders are utilized.This method can help to clarify things a little ... Thanks!

Auto Repeat
Fro some reason, my Pixstar no longer auto repeats/repays when I select a folder from a DLNA server. it plays the photos once but then stops.

I have noted that there is a lag in the syncing of the pictures with the caption. Can that be matched up?
Perhaps there is a way to sync this process every once in a while as it lags

Display Outlook Calendar
I would like to see my personal Daily Outlook Calendar every 10 photos or so. Outlook resides on my desktop computer where I am linking via Wi-Fi/DLNA to my photos in the Pictures folder in Windows 7.

Dropbox Access issue
When I tried to import an external photo album with Dropbox it brought up a dialog box asking me to grant access to pix-star to my Dropbox. I clicked OK. But when it went to next screen it says it can't access my Dropbox account. I deleted the web album for Dropbox online and tried to set it up again but keep getting the same access denial. How do I get it to ask me to grant access again from my iPad and Google chrome? I don't see a setting to erase cache, which might solve the problem on a…

try to go to your dropbox account and to the configuration panel of this account inside the dropbox web site, here there is a section that shows the APPs that have been authorised, you should see pix-star app, here REVOKE this app (delete the authorisation).
then try again from pix-star.com

Add the ability to manage inbox folders from web
We would like to be able to manage inbox folder from the web app. Right now it has the ability to filter by sender but does not show the file names give on the frame itself.

Add a field to request a county as well as a city be added to weather on the web app.
It would be great to be able to suggest a County and a city be added to: My Weather Forecasts, on the web app.

Amazon Cloud Drive appears to have an API now.
I will buy your product (picture frame) if you can link to Amazon Cloud Drive. It looks like they now have an API, please take a look.
