  1. Synchronization of the photos from "BackThen"

    Hi Team,

    We are using the online application "BackThen" to share photos of our children to our family (https://www.backthen.app/app). Do you think possible to study the ability to synchronize the photos from "BackThen" and upload them to the Pix-Star device ?

  2. allow photos to be displayed in order by taken date

    I would like to see my pictures ordered by date taken so if I upload a bunch of older pictures at once it will let them be seen the slide show from oldest to newest (new born to age 4)

  3. Be able to organize your pictures in your inbox

    I would like to be able to organize my pictures in my inbox by name or date or anything else like you can do with file explorer on your computer.
    If I was able to order them this way I could be able to see easier at a glance what pictures are duplicates or what pictures I still need to upload

  4. Add photo "Title" (iptc: object name - IIM Specs 2:05) as a Display Details option

    Often the filename (Picture Name, in PixStar) contains a lot more than the photographer's descriptive title of a picture. It would be really nice if we could display just the Title on the frame.

  5. Better options for captioning the pictures

    I would like to see options for picture date (separate from picture details). And Picture Name without file extension.

    I also think that in the website where the customer chooses what captioning, that you allow multi-selections so that you (Pix-Star manufacturer) don't have to figure out all the combinations. For example, allow the user to choose multiple items in this list:

    • Web Album
    • Email subject (without the leading Fwd: or Re:)
    • Email Sender
    • Email date
    • All Picture details
    • Picture name (without file extension)
    • Picture name (with file extension)
    • Picture Date

  8. Develop a PIX-STAR device to display pictures on TV via HDMI

    Develop a Pix Star device with a Apple TV like formfactor to interface with the TV via HDMI and have the same functionality/menu as a standard Pix Star wi-fi picture frame (without the display screen)

  11. Remote access for volume control for videos

    It would be nice to be able to control video volume remotely (turn down or mute), right now it sometimes scares my mom (82) when a video starts playing and she is in the other room.

  13. manage music remotely

    I would like to manage my music remotely. Instead of having to go to the frame to manage it. My frame is at a business office and it would be nice to have all the features of the frame available remotely. So I can completely manage it at home.

    a single user interface to manage individual frames in a single pane of glass, but be able to send each of those frames different content , NOT the same content , which is what it seems like it does now.

  15. Folders within web albums

    Would it be possible to have folders within a web album? For example, create a web album for this year, then I want to be able to create sub folders under this so I can keep pictures organised by month or specific topic. Thanks!

  16. Ability to save DLNA playlists

    Really happy with the DLNA feature (one of the top reasons to get this frame, to connect to my NAS) but it would be nice to save the selected directories once selected as playlists. I have thousands of pictures in hundreds of directories, so the option to save selections like "The Girls" or "Our Holidays" would avoid me having to trawl through the huge list every time.

  17. Set up RSS albums from web interface

    RSS feeds are very difficult to configure in the frame itself, since typing is so painful. Please add a way to configure RSS albums via the web interface, where cut-and-paste would make this a breeze. THANK YOU.

  18. Link to program called Photomyne (amazing phone scanning app)

    I finally found an amazing app to scan all of our old photos called Photomyne... currently need to download from their app and then upload to Pixstar to see on frame. Would be nice if you could link to save time - but then if you do this - the other suggestion about being able to "title" them would also be nice...

  19. Remove Pause Button Icon From Screen When a Photo is Paused

    Often we enjoy leaving a specific photo paused on the screen when we see it cycle through a slide show. Sometimes we leave it up for hours, at times days would be nice, so it looks like a “regular” picture frame. But the pause button icon is also very obviously displayed on the picture about the size of a nickel and greatly detracts from the photo. Can you eliminate that distraction or make it toggle off?

  20. Allow between 2 dates to download/delete pics

    It would be great to be able to download pics to my computer between two dates, like all of 2019, along with deleting pics between two dates. Maybe this is already offered...but I cannot find it.
