  1. Allow display of photos via UPnP/DLNA and photo-mails simultaneously

    I have thousands of photos on my home network and currently display them via UPnP/DLNA functionality, which works great. I would like to display photos delivered via photo-mail at the same time. Presently, I have to go through multiple menus on the frame to view photo-mails. And then I have to switch back to UPnP/DLNA.

  2. Syncing pictures with frame

    I sent photos from Facebook via email from my phone. Those are the only ones that show in my inbox online, but not on the frame itself. How do I I fix this?

  3. Easy method to clear album storage and restore audited photos to album / inbox

    I like to be able to easily review the hundreds of album photos that are in sync with the inbox and do a clean restore of those pictures to the album. Currently, I go to the network location of pixstar on my pc and audit / delete those photos at location (easier to use photo viewer on PC). Problem is that the web inbox doesn't have a easy method to sync those i didn't delete on the album. So I would like a method to sync from album to inbox.

  4. Show complete folder directory structure for title

    I group my photos first by year and then by subject. My directory structure looks like this:

    2015
    --- Christmas
    --- Vacation at Disney World
    --- July 4th at the beach

    2014
    --- Christmas
    --- Easter
    --- Erik's 30th Birthday

    Etc etc etc.

    It would be nice if the title would use the structure I show and piece it all together. This way if there is a picture being displayed from Christmas, It would show Christmas 2014 or Christmas 2015 instead of just Christmas. I find that I now have to add the year to all my sub-folders so I…

  5. Move selected photos between albums

    It would be nice if I could select photos in one album (or inbox) and then move them to another album. Right now, I can select photos, copy them to an album and then delete the selected photos from the first album. A single move option would be easier.

    Allow videos to play in full screen in better quality. Or at least have the option to either play HD videos or the SD version

  9. Virtual frame on website

    I'd love to be able to see a virtual version of the frame on the website to see what our Grandma sees on her frame. She has trouble with technology and to see what she sees would be great. Just a small html-5 or flash application that mimics the actual screen with the settings, showing the overlays, transitions, etc.

  11. A play all setting

    I want to send this to my Grandmother and have it play everything, google+ photos, photos emailed to her, other online photos. I can see how to set each up, but it would be great if it would play everything without any interaction from her

    Of course this feature already exists, it’s actually the slide show by default it plays EVERYTHING.

    it’s also the slide show you launch by clicking on the 1st line of the main menu which is named:

    PLAY ALL THE FRAME’S PICTURES

    this will play EVERYTHING together as you wish.

    Hello,

    We’ve checked carefully Shoebox web site and it appears that this provider does NOT provide any API (interface) for 3rd parties to access pictures or media stored inside shoebox users’s account as other similar web site do.

    So it is currently totally impossible to anyone (not only pix-star) to integrate their service.

  13. Slide Show Preview

    It would be a fabulous idea to allow an option from the web or the ability to share an HTML link (with the Frame slide show) on it. We have an entire family feeding pictures to the frame. It would be neat if they could see that the picture is a) already there or b) how it looks on the frame.

    So you are wandering by the picture frame, you see a picture out of the corner of your eye. Then it disappears and goes onto the next one, before you can find the remote, another one comes and goes, You want to go back a picture or two or three to see the ones that just popped up.     Hi,
    Please allow the frame to connect to an OwnCloud instance. I have lots of photos in OwnCloud and would love to be able to share these with family members who have the PixStar frame. I don't want to upload these photos to a public cloud provider to be able to share them.

  16. Allow expansion of internal memory with SD card as if it was part of main memory.

    Allow expansion by SD or USB to allow more photos to be synced over the air. If you can somehow allow both drives to be used as if internal it addresses loads of other issues - maybe further out.

    Hello my daughter in NJ, USA, did a good bit of research before choosing your Pix-Star digital photo frame. This summer we saw it in action and loved it. I would like to give one to my husband for his birthday next 6 October. We live in Madrid, Spain, and as soon as we got back from the US I looked it up and saw it in Amazon.es. However today I am trying to order it in time to get it set up for his birthday and now Amazon.es says they don't have it. I am desperate since my daughters…

  19. Indexing big amout of pictures

    Hi, I have dozens of thousands of picture on my NAS. I want it to show any pic randomly. But I have to select one folder with less than 10 000 pics otherwise it doesn't work well.

  20. Integrate PixStar with PhotoCiricle App

    Our family heavily uses photocircle to share photos and it would be nice to integrate accounts with our pixstar frames. Do you think this is possible?

    Hello,

    We are very sorry but we checked and could not find a way for 3rd parties to access pictures at photcircle or any other method that they provide to share with pix-star.

    So we can’t implement anything like this right now.
