  1. Need clear instruction on how to transfer pictures to the digital frame sent by web link via email

    It should be as simple as mailing those pictures from the web link to the frame setup email.

  2. How to add radio stations to "Radio Playlists"? I only have 17 stations on frame and most don't work.

    There is not much information on how to use the web radio function in the knowledge base nor the Radio Playlist or custom web radio functions. I just set-up my frame and only see 17 stations of which most are not functional.

    we should b able to delete pics from the frame even though they r no longer in inbox. why is there a delete option if we cant use it

  4. Allow display of photos via UPnP/DLNA and photo-mails simultaneously

    I have thousands of photos on my home network and currently display them via UPnP/DLNA functionality, which works great. I would like to display photos delivered via photo-mail at the same time. Presently, I have to go through multiple menus on the frame to view photo-mails. And then I have to switch back to UPnP/DLNA.

  5. Easy method to clear album storage and restore audited photos to album / inbox

    I like to be able to easily review the hundreds of album photos that are in sync with the inbox and do a clean restore of those pictures to the album. Currently, I go to the network location of pixstar on my pc and audit / delete those photos at location (easier to use photo viewer on PC). Problem is that the web inbox doesn't have a easy method to sync those i didn't delete on the album. So I would like a method to sync from album to inbox.

  6. Show complete folder directory structure for title

    I group my photos first by year and then by subject. My directory structure looks like this:

    2015
    --- Christmas
    --- Vacation at Disney World
    --- July 4th at the beach

    2014
    --- Christmas
    --- Easter
    --- Erik's 30th Birthday

    Etc etc etc.

    It would be nice if the title would use the structure I show and piece it all together. This way if there is a picture being displayed from Christmas, It would show Christmas 2014 or Christmas 2015 instead of just Christmas. I find that I now have to add the year to all my sub-folders so I…

  9. Customize the order of photos in web albums

    I would like to be able to customize the order of the photos. Right now I only way I can see to do this is to delete and then upload in the order I want the images, but if it could be done via the Web Album interface that would be great.

  10. A play all setting

    I want to send this to my Grandmother and have it play everything, google+ photos, photos emailed to her, other online photos. I can see how to set each up, but it would be great if it would play everything without any interaction from her

    Hello,

    Of course this feature already exists, it’s actually the slide show by default it plays EVERYTHING.

    it’s also the slide show you launch by clicking on the 1st line of the main menu which is named:

    PLAY ALL THE FRAME’S PICTURES

    this will play EVERYTHING together as you wish.

    Hello,

    We’ve checked carefully Shoebox web site and it appears that this provider does NOT provide any API (interface) for 3rd parties to access pictures or media stored inside shoebox users’s account as other similar web site do.

    So it is currently totally impossible to anyone (not only pix-star) to integrate their service.

  12. Slide Show Preview

    It would be a fabulous idea to allow an option from the web or the ability to share an HTML link (with the Frame slide show) on it. We have an entire family feeding pictures to the frame. It would be neat if they could see that the picture is a) already there or b) how it looks on the frame.

    So you are wandering by the picture frame, you see a picture out of the corner of your eye. Then it disappears and goes onto the next one, before you can find the remote, another one comes and goes, You want to go back a picture or two or three to see the ones that just popped up.     Hello my daughter in NJ, USA, did a good bit of research before choosing your Pix-Star digital photo frame. This summer we saw it in action and loved it. I would like to give one to my husband for his birthday next 6 October. We live in Madrid, Spain, and as soon as we got back from the US I looked it up and saw it in Amazon.es. However today I am trying to order it in time to get it set up for his birthday and now Amazon.es says they don't have it. I am desperate since my daughters…

  16. Integrate PixStar with PhotoCiricle App

    Our family heavily uses photocircle to share photos and it would be nice to integrate accounts with our pixstar frames. Do you think this is possible?

    Hello,

    We are very sorry but we checked and could not find a way for 3rd parties to access pictures at photcircle or any other method that they provide to share with pix-star.

    So we can’t implement anything like this right now.

  17. Connecting the frame to a NAS over Internet

    Hi, I think there are more and more people start using NAS, and I also know the frame support UPnP/DLNA within local network. I would like to suggest if the frame can access a NAS over Internet, via many different channels e.g. FTP or those common media server e.g. Plex, or individual access connection APIs for those common brand for NAS (e.g. asustor, synology, qnap). This will save a lot of time for NAS user to upload the photo to those providers(e.g. Google Photo, SmugMug etc) with limited storage.

  18. Sharing albums has a limitation

    I shared an album on my 12" frame to a 15" frame I bought for my granddaughter. Smart Fill doesn't work on this album. The pics don't fill the screen on the 15" frame. The display is smaller, i.e., the pics display at the 12" frame size. It would be an improvement if Smart Fill worked on both uploaded photos and shared album photos.

  19. Custom photo order

    It would be nice to be able to set the order of photos via the web interface. When family members send large groups of photos, we. Old integrate them into the photo flow more efficiently.

  20. Amazon Cloud Drive appears to have an API now.

    I will buy your product (picture frame) if you can link to Amazon Cloud Drive. It looks like they now have an API, please take a look.

    Unfortunately if you go to the Amazon developper link you provided you will see this message:
    “The Amazon Drive API and SDKs are currently closed to new developers”
    We’d love to implement such feature but amazon is not open to this idea right now…
