    It would be very good to be able to rename the photo file. Displaying the file name at the bottom is a handy way to identify the picture, so that is a good feature. But it isn't nearly as useful as it should be without the ability to change the name of the stored file.
    Many senders can't rename before sending. Some don't know how or don't want to take the time. iPhone users can't rename picture the send from Photos at all (and sending is super easy to do) because of a software limitation.
    Pictures received get a little nonsense text appended to the file name. It would be nice to be able to edit that away as well. Is there a technical reason why that text needs to appear? e.g. myphoto.jpg become myphoto-ekmq8t.jpg when stored in the Photomail folder.
