Remove items in French
I find it difficult to navigate the FAQs and other info on the Help pages dues to the number of articles in French. Worse, when contacting Support, all of the articles suggested as an alternative to contacting you were in French.

Image time-gating
Please add a "Properties" UI for individual images in albums to specify specific playback criteria. This would be useful for creating visual "Soft-reminders" for elderly family members. For example, specifying that a photo can be included in a slideshow rotation starting at 12:30pm and ending at 2:00pm each day would allow me to make reminders to eat lunch. Behavior for time outside the allotted window would simply skip over that image in the slideshow. Specifying only Saturdays from 1pm to Sundays at 9am would allow me to make a soft visual reminder about Sunday shuttle service, and so on. Additionally,…

the pics sent by email are not coming through
Im trying to email pictures to my pixstar email and its not coming through. iv checked all the possible issues on my end and its still not working im very dissatisfied. iv also sent 2 emails and not received any response

When using the web album function on Auto Update with a Google Drive folder, the Pix-Star web album will not Auto Update.
Auto Update function does not work correctly when a web album is pulling from a Google Drive folder. All necessary permissions for the drive are in place. When a manual update is triggered the functionality works correctly.

Impossible de désactiver le mode veille
Bonjour,
Le mode veille de mon Pixstar 16011 Cadre Photo numérique 10,4" ne fonctionne plus et il n'est pas possible de le désactiver ni via le cadre ni en passant par l'interface web. Impossible non plus de réinitialiser le cadre.
Comment faire?

I have an idea, make this product work like you advertised.
IT DOES NOT UPLOAD PHOTOS from the android pix snap app. Nor does it upload from my computer, not even from google photos.
I wish you had support to address these issues.

Random mode should not repeat any photo until all photos shown at least once
I keep seeing many photos over and over. And some photos hardly at all. The random cycle should show each photo at least once before any photo should be repeated

I'm really struggling. I have two frames, one brand new. I can't get either of them online. I also can't find a way to contact anyone!
Better support. FAQs/"Knowledge Base" isn't cutting it. I have NO problems connecting to my internet with ANY other device.

Allow multiple frames to be assigned to a single account
I'd like to be able to assign multiple frames to one account. Best I can tell I have to create separate accounts for each frame, a special "group" account, then add all the accounts to the group account. Then, after doing this I have to somehow copy any existing pictures on each individual account to each frame.
I just want multiple frames, assigned to one account, then any existing pictures, or new ones, in the cloud sent to that account show up on all the frames.

Allow global clock/date settings
Currently the clock displays with am/pm and the date as MMDDYYYY. Add the possibility to display 24h clock and other date formats, for example YYMMDD.

Keep email details when an image is copied to an album
The email details are currently lost when an image is moved to a web album. It would be nice to have the inbox as a filter and be able to move ”approved” images, with their details, to different web albums.

Enable the possibility to ONLY display images from the inbox folder
Currently there is a function to only display images retrieved via email. This is independent if they have been moved to other web albums. I, for example, have created a web album used to archive images I don`t want to display but have the option to readd them.

Currently this can only be activated/controlled from the frame.

Possibility to merge suggestions with ”the same” object
I’m new to PixStar, and I’m starting to add suggestions. When reading posted suggestions, I soon realize that many of them have the same objective. It would be a benefit for PixStar AND the users if these could be connected/merged. To enable this add a suggestion number/ID to each suggestion. Also add a possibility to notify the suggestor that another similar suggestion exist. Finally, enable the suggester to merge his/her suggestion with another (group votes).

Possibility to reopen ”implemented” suggestions
I have notised that many suggestions are ”closed” as implemented, while they still not really support the suggestion. For example the suggestion of 24h clock support. The suggestion states ”implemented”. However, reminders still needs to be set using am/pm. Yes, I can add a new suggestion, but it just generates many suggestion with similar objectives.
