Improve bezel quality
This frame is premium price due to its high level of functionality. However, the quality of the bezel is not great and doesn't give a quality feel. I would much happier with the product (even if it cost an additional £50) if the device had a better quality frame (high gloss black for example) and had a bit more substance to its weight.

I would like to have a framer make a custom frame as well. In my case I would like matte black, but having flexibility in this area would be appreciated. Being able to change to a white frame or a wooden one for exhibiting in a gallery would be great. How about just being able to remove the bezel altogether (without breaking the unit/voiding warranty etc.)

Or consider designing future units to accept standard sizes frames. That would make it completely customizible to the existing room decor.
It is the best product out there, but that would help it blend in better.

Agree - people pay up to that and more for decorative cases for phones: optional clip-on frame would be a good idea for this as it is very visual and decorative, say in a living room. Before I bought the frame I searched extensively for a more decorative bezelled one.
