Any suggestion to improve your Pix-Star?

Provide an option to download pictures to your PC

We have people from all over submitting pictures to our frame to keep Mom up to date on our lives. I wish we could download them to my PC both for backup, but also to be able to make prints and videos incorporating those photos.

Hello,

Such option already exist, select pictures or albums in the pix-star.com web site inside your account and click the button " download selection to the computer".

    For sum reason this option " download selection to the computer" does not apear anywere on the site.

    I have been waiting for a zip file to be sent to my email as well and need to get the frame boxed up and sent to my parents for Christmas. Is this function no longer working??

    I have tried this as well as waiting over 10 hours for a zip file to be sent to my email on 3 separate days without any success. Any other suggestions?
