    Seriously?!
    5.5 years 'Under Review'! It's become obvious that this is either not possible or you are choosing not to pursue it. If it is not possible, then you need to tell us so we know. If you are choosing not to pursue, then you need to tell us so we can shop for other products that will.
    This seems to be a basic 'given' that we would want to communicate what the picture is about.
