Why is there no ability to rotate the pictures on the web interface?
Rotating pictures on the web interface is necessary for those looking after a frame. Otherwise the elderly person needs to sit with the crappy remote and hit 6 or 7 buttons QUICKLY everytime a infrequent picture comes up.....not everyone sits there with the remote in their hand waiting to rotate. Please fix this.

Please Please Please add the Edit feature to rotate photos!!! Please. That is all. Other than that, I love my frame so much i have purchased 3 others as gifts over the last 2 years.

Please do not say you can completely configure your frame remotely if you can't rotate photos remotely. That is a very important thing to help the elderly with their frame.

Yes, please correct this quickly, it's especially important at the moment when, because of covid, it's impossible to visit, receivng photos (the right way up) can be a comfort!!

Please get the access to rotate photos on the web as it would be much easier than on the frame, as others have already stated. When can we expect to have that access?

PIXSTAR??? ARE YOU LISTENING AT ALL??? I get it, you took our money, now your job is done. Don't bother to fix your product to make it worth buying over and over. I would purchase 10 of these frames for relatives if it had this option, but no ... I'll have to buy a different brand that has the ability to change a simple photo orientation.

I am now having issues with photos not showing in the correct orientation on the frame after download. I can not ask my mom to change the orientation using the remote. Can you please fix this in the software. I can see they get imported the wrong way and we should be able to fix this remotely or on the web.

I download the photo from the web portal, fix on my computer then resend it and delete out image from gallery that is sideways orientation. is better than trying to fix on the frame itself

Got to agree it’s amazing that this isn’t a function that we can do when we are managing a frame. This is designed and marketed for sharing photos with long distance relatives and yet you don’t allow us to correct errors like this?

I can't believe this functionality doesn't exist. I am managing my 95 year old mother-in-laws frame remotely and not having this functionality is problematic.

Yes, please find a way to enable rotating pictures from the web interface. One by one with the remote is really a pain!

PLEASE DO THIS! I'm thinking I may return this frame if I'm not able to rotate pictures remotely rather than having to instruct my mom on how to do it.

I too think it would be a great feature. I need to change mine now and it is painful to do it one at a time.

I agree with the other people. It is tedious to individually rotate pictures on the frame. Is there an update to correct this situation?

Absolutely agree. Rotating the images on the website is a basic and needed functionality. Even though I am not managing a frame remotely, doing it picture by picture when they display on the frame is tedious and inconvenient.

It seems to me that being able to rotate from the website should be an automatic ability since one of the big draws is being able to manage your account online. I manage a group of frames and some of them are across the country. I cannot believe that with the technology today there is not an option to manage something as simple as rotating a photo from the website rather than the actual frame itself.
If this option is not in the works for customer request and satisfaction, it needs to be. Please put one of your technicians on this.

This is tedious to do from the frame and not realistic if you have multiple frames in different households. Please add a way to do it from the web interface for Pix-Star albums. Thanks.
