    PIXSTAR??? ARE YOU LISTENING AT ALL??? I get it, you took our money, now your job is done. Don't bother to fix your product to make it worth buying over and over. I would purchase 10 of these frames for relatives if it had this option, but no ... I'll have to buy a different brand that has the ability to change a simple photo orientation.

    Hello,

    Actually it is not necessarily a problem on the frame, it usually is a problem with the software you used to rotate the picture?

    some software rate on the screen but when you save it doe sNOT save the new orientation, so it is lost. so when your system receive it the rotation info is lost so it can’t find it.

    also could you send that picture to us by email to " info@pix-star.com " so that i check the rotation information inside?
