Introduction

This tutorial outlines the steps for requesting the removal of pictures that our digital photo frame platform has accessed via platforms API. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure complete data deletion.

Steps

1. Log In to Your Account

• Access to your digital photo frame's user interface on https://www.pix-star.com/
• Click on login on the top right
• Enter your @mypixstar.com credentials.

2. Navigate to the Web Albums menu

• From the left menu, select "View my web album"
• Click on the albums you want to delete from the list of external providers.

4. Confirm Facebook Data Deletion

• Clic on "Delete/Unlink
  
• A popup opens, confirm the deletion of the album.

5. Verification

• A green bar appears at the top of the page with a message confirming that the deletion has been completed.
