    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

I am very grateful to” toandfro53” for suggesting how to put captions on Photos in Pix-Star using a Mac.

I would like to add some suggestions. Take any jpg, either by pulling it out of “Photos” onto your desktop or getting it from your iPhone. Make a copy and keep the original intact. Use the Markup feature. Add textbox, which will appear in the center of the photo. Drag it to where you want it (I prefer lower right corner). Change background color so you can see it (light grey is nice). Select font size, color, bold or italics, make frame if desired. Be sure it is correct before saving, because once saved, you cannot change it. You will have to start over (that is why it is important to save original).

If you put nunbers in front of the title of the photo/document (not the caption) (01, 02 ,03, etc,), you can control the order in which the photos will be displayed on the device. I find that a folder on my desktop is easier to work with than putting the photos back into “Photos” and creating a folder there.
