    I continue to have this problem of duplicates, triplicates and even four copies of the same photo appearing on the screen. I have tracked these photos on my computer line by line. No duplicates found. There is either a hardware issue or a software problem that your company has not handled. And, the person who responds to my emails has asked for photo shots of the screen which I sent. He has not offered a solution to the problem. Someone else may need to deal it.

    Now I have the same photos appearing 3 or more times on the screen. Impossible to be duplicates.

    I have an issue in which duplicates are showing when I know that they are not duplicates.
