Hello,
Actually it is not necessarily a problem on the frame, it usually is a problem with the software you used to rotate the picture?
some software rate on the screen but when you save it doe sNOT save the new orientation, so it is lost. so when your system receive it the rotation info is lost so it can’t find it.
also could you send that picture to us by email to " info@pix-star.com " so that i check the rotation information inside?

Just got my PixStar and viewing photos from a USB. So many are the wrong orientation and I’m altering them as they come up but I’m realising the correction is lost next time the photo appears. There are over 600 pics on the USB and no way of knowing which are the wrong orientation if the USB is viewed other than in the frame.bi find it quite ridiculous that people should have to sit, remote in hand and manually change orientation every time - or get a crick in the neck. Surely there’s a fix for this.
