Google photos / Google drive error, impossible to link albums or albums linked are empty

When importing external albums from Google Photos or Google Drive to your pix-star.com account you face have a situation where the import does not work properly or imported web albums remain empty.

While it is difficult to say for sure what happened, by experience, we noticed that removing the pix-star app from authorised app inside your Google Photos or Google Drive account may solve the issue.

So go to Google Photos or Google Drive web site and log into your account then follow these steps.


Remove third-party account access for google Photos or Google Drive:

If you gave Google Account access to a third-party app or service you no longer trust or want to use, you can remove its access to your Google Account. The app or service won’t be able to access any more info from your Google Account, but you may need to request that they delete the data they already have.

1. Go to theSecurity section of your Google Account
<https://myaccount.google.com/security>.
2. Under “Third-party apps with account access,” select*Manage
third-party access*.
3. Select the app or service you want to remove.
4. Select*Remove Access*.


Then make sure the pix-star app is removed from the list of apps allowed.

Now you can go back to pix-star.com and import your google photos or Drive albums.
