My Frame shows OFFLINE in the web site, how do I get it back online?
This OFFLINE message inside the web site in your pix-star.com account indicates that the frame can't connect to our system, most probably this means the wifi is not properly configured and the Frame is not connected to your Wi-Fi network.
So go inside the frame and in the main menu (exit slide show first) go to
Change settings menu
Then go to "Wi-Fi" menu and enter your information to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
The web site should show online again after a few minutes.
