1 minute is too short and 5 minutes is too long. Please add something in between or a custom interval.4 votes
I would like to use this feature to remind my mom of appointments but I'm afraid she won't be looking at the frame when the reminder is displayed. If the reminders were displayed with the daily information, she would be more likely to see this information. Thank you!4 votes
Please use the email title used when emailing a picture from smartphone app as a caption for each picture

You can already display the subject of the email as a caption at bottom of the image in the slide show inside the frame.
Go to change settings menu then to Slide show menu.
here go to
inside choose " display subject".
then in the slide show the subject will show on the picture.
REAMRK: this does not work in collage mode you need to switch to the mode where it shows 1 picture at a time on the screen.

Sometimes it is much easier to drag photos to a photo upload box rather than browse to the files and select them. For example, we use iPhoto which has a complicated file structure which makes it hard to find individual photos. To get photos into a Pix Star web album, you need to export the photos first and then select them (creating unnecessary duplicates). It would be great if you could simply select the photos from within iPhoto (or other photo application) and then drag them to a Photo Upload box within the Pix-Star site. Most browsers, except for some versions of Internet Explorer, support this drag and drop feature.

The drag and drop is now fully implemented in the inbox and the web albums.
your feedback is appreciated.
Having the screen completely turn off when in sleep mode would
1) preserve the screen life,
2) conserve energy, and
3) be beneficial for those who live in small one bedroom or studio apartments and prefer a dark sleeping environment.
I bought a Pix-Star for my mother so she can see new photos of her grandkids daily. She loves it, but she's constantly unplugging it because she resides in a one bedroom apartment and she can't sleep with the Pix-Star being so bright, even when it's in sleep mode.4 votes
Option to play last 5, 10, 20, 60, all pictures for Grandparents who cannot manage the frame themselves
Great Grandparents/Uncles/Aunts cannot manage their local device. Either create an option for remote login management (delete or do not display) of the my inbox photos received via email or limit the pictures displayed to the last 5, 10,20....you get the idea.4 votes
There is already inside the frame a feature to play only latest received pictures based on the date, for example the last 3 days, last 7 days, last 30 days.
This feature does the same thing as you describe here and should answer your need.
I'm running out of pictures to display on my frame, which sits on my desk at work (so it's looked at all day, every day). I have the time set to 1 minute to space them out. Can you publish a list of suggested RSS photo feed URL's so we can easily add some stock images to the frame? I've had a hard time finding these on my own.4 votes
If you have problems adding RSS feed to the frame check our knowledge base there is an article about the RSS feed and the format structure to follow.
Or contact our customer support by email we will help you.

The new software with recents radio change from Remote:Menu in slideshow is GOOD. Thanks! Please sequence the play/pause on the remote to include radio on/off:
Can you make the volume available in slideshow?
Save the radio station selection with the slideshow. Optionally, play the saved selection or override with timed station selections.4 votes
When pressing pause in slide show if audio is playing a quick menu shows up to mute/unmute.

The 15 inch Pix-Star Frame has FOUR factory implemented hook-type mounting holes, two for Portrait and two for Landscape. I am told that the frame DOES NOT function in Portrait mode. Being you are enabling the frame to be mounted in the Portrait position, when will you implement the portrait display mode? Even implementing only the photos to be displayed in Portrait mode would be a BIG plus.
By installing the portrait mounting wholes, you are definitely implying that it will function in that mode.4 votes

I would like to turn it on manually, enjoy it for the amount of time I am in front of it, and when I walk away for a specified amount of time it turns off. But later if I simply want to walk past, it doesn't turn on needlessly.4 votes
Currently the two bulk upload options strive for performance and will operate on multiple images (apparent multi thread). This logic defeats the user's sequence. Prevents displaying in user predicated sequence (like action shots).
Would be nice to still have a bulk upload but have the UI load & display in original camera shot order.3 votes
Picture Name should be shown when transition starts. Not when it ends.
Some transitions are taking quite some time while still displaying previous picture name.3 votes
