Portrait Mode
The 15 inch Pix-Star Frame has FOUR factory implemented hook-type mounting holes, two for Portrait and two for Landscape. I am told that the frame DOES NOT function in Portrait mode. Being you are enabling the frame to be mounted in the Portrait position, when will you implement the portrait display mode? Even implementing only the photos to be displayed in Portrait mode would be a BIG plus.
By installing the portrait mounting wholes, you are definitely implying that it will function in that mode.

Implemented now.

When I change to portrait mode, the pictures cannot be viewed if you are positioned to one side. They can only be viewed directly in front of the frame or on the other side. Is this frame defective?

Okay, it took me a long time to find the setting, but it is there, thankfully.
You need to enter settings from the MAIN screen, not from within the slide show. Then choose slide show settings. At the very bottom is the setting for choosing portrait or landscape mode. It would make sense to include this on the slide show settings that you can access while your pics are being displayed, but it's not.
I'm just relieved not to have to rotate each one individually.

This is not a function of Pix-Star. You have to manually change all of the photos.

I’ve got the frame and the slideshow set up for portrait mode but the main menu still shows landscape. How can I change the menus, game Etc to also be in portrait mode?

Just purchased the 15 inch model, and cannot figure out how to switch to portrait mode. It really shouldn't be this difficult.

That's great news as I've just mounted 2 frames in a portrait orientation - however I can't find the setting to put the frame in this mode so currently all my photos are still displaying in landscape. Clearly I don't want to be rotating each photo using the rotate right mode.
Please could you help me configure this? Many thanks.
