Remote Firmware Update
It would be great if an "Update Firmware" button could be added to the Pix-Star portal. We bought two frames, the closest of which is 2 hours away. Neither of the recipients are particularly tech savy.

i just have the same problem, a frame I have for my mother 10,000 ,miles away is frozen and despite all my efforts to update the firmware i could not do it. My family is not tech savvy and the frame cannot download a firmware unless you accept it from the frame itself. The internet web page on this account should have the ability to schedule a 'push'
