Allow color temperature adjustment
All 3 frames I've set up display pics much cooler (bluer) than they appear on any other device or in print (and much cooler than intended). Skin tones look zombie-ish. A firmware update allowing adjustment to a warmer color temperature globally would make this a perfect frame. As is, it makes all your good photographic work for naught...

Hello,
This was a technical limitation on older hardware.
Since November 1st, 2015, all new Pix-Star sold on the market have now the possibility to adjust Saturation and HUE in addition to Brightness.

Just received the 15" model for Mother's Day. Have received two pictures and the color is TERRIBLE!! EVERYTHING IS YELLLOW. I do not see a means to alter the shading.

4 years later, but I purchased in 2019 and see no way to change it from super cool/blue and washed out.

Just received a pix-star as a gift (6/1/2019) and no saturation or hue adjustment in the brightness setting. In addition has permanent white halo on the left corner of the display which I didn't complain because my Marine Corp Daughter and family bought it to keep us posted on her family as they're being transferred to Japan for 3 years.

Uh, duh? And how do you do it? What a weak Pix-Star Team response! ????? Makes me wonder what kind of corporation we are dealing with? Didn't answer Elizabeth's first post either.

Pix-Star Team, you said we can adjust the saturation, etc. Where do we go to do this? Is there a setting on the actual frame or online? Or what? Got this for x-mas and all pics including the pre-installed ones on the frame seem overexposed.

I think the color is usually blah...I have an old, unsupported Kodak frame and the colors are completely true...I'm not sure, warm/cold but definitely more saturation and brightness.

The pictures on the pix star frame I got my parents for their anniversary have splotches of yellow in EVERY photo. It looks horrible and am totally embarrassed to have given them this frame. Is there anything I can do to remove the yellow?

Generally agree. Color temperature, saturation and even contrast/gamma controls would be very much appreciated.

I agree, I am very disappointed in the actual picture color. I will be sending the frame back.

I agree that the ability to adjust the color settings on the frame would be very helpful. My mom got a Pic Star frame Christmas before last. I'm visiting and have noticed that most of the pictures are both very cool in tone, and also have blue horizontal lines running through them In places that seem to be related to the individual photos themselves, and not specifically a fault with the screen itself.
