my weather doesn't seem to refresh...it stays the same temperature from the last update which is several hours ago

    My Pix-Star-89991 has shown the same weather information for 5 days. I have turned the power off at the fram many times. I have unplugged the power supply to the fram. I have gone to the website to reset the weather app. I have moved the fram closer to the WiFi. Still no change. Give a link to fix.

    Besides the weather not updating, cities I have removed from my list continue to appear in my weather display on the frame. Is this being addressed? Love the frame!

    My weather hasn't updates since mid January. The channel is no longer appearing under the dashboard so I cannot access it. What should I do?

    My weather hasn't updated since January 15. The Weather Channels heading is no longer appearing under the dashboard so I can't change or add anything to it. My Pixstar is online. Please let me know how to go about changing or eliminating it.

    Weather won’t update and also shows incorrect days of the week. Same issue as noted by many others here. That was a function I wanted as there are 3 cities I follow. I did verify that the frame is connected to the internet.

    We have the 15 inch frame. Everything is working, but the weather forecast has not changed for a week. Date and time are OK.

    Today is Saturday, my three day weather shows Thurs, Fri, Sat; the whole country shot is dated Wednesday so it hasn't updated in 3 days.
    My frame is showing online, the correct country and town are selected but no updates :/
