The app and computer dashboard is very clumsy and not very user friendly. As someone who has plenty of experience with computers this was very cumbersome to set up. My father-in-law has a frame by Aura and it is simple to use and everyone can see the pictures through the app.
It feels like this program is practically run on DOS. It should be higher quality.
