    I purchased two 15" frames from Amazon UK (were gifts) that already have this "blurred background" feature. The one 15" I purchased from American Amazon site DOES NOT DO THIS! What is the problem? Is there new version of app I need to download and how do I do it?

    Explain how this is selected. I don't see an option in the frames configuration settings. The frame I purchased Jan. 2022 is black where a photo doesn't fill the screen. Does this require a firmware update?
