Any suggestion to improve your Pix-Star?

Play videos from and SD card

I was just about to purchase the 10" frame when I noticed it doesn't play videos from an SD card or USB stick. This is one of the main reasons for me buying a digital Photo frame. Will you be adding this facility as it seems odd that such a high quality frame doesn't offer this option?

    We just purchased the frame. It's not reading the from the SD card. Is there something needed to accomplish this ?
