  2. Kudos

    Just wanted to say thanks for a great product. My 91 year old mother feels like she connects with her family when she sees the photos they add daily.
    She doesn’t have internet service but I put a hotspot in her home and it works great.

  3. File management on frame should display a thumbnail and be sorted by last received.

    I cannot find a specific video to delete without sorting through Every file on the frame. The files are completely random order in the management section, without thumbnails. The online acct delete didn't remove the video from the frame. Video is too large and sends the frame into a loop, making it useless

  4. Allow user the ability to delete an album.

    It appears the only way to delete an album is to click on each of 500+ photos one at a time. This is very low tech. I should be able to click on an album and click on the delete selection button and the entire album be deleted.

  7. website sorting order

    i have over 2,000 photos uploaded. how do i get to the oldest ones on website? it only sorts newest to oldest. i want to delete some older photos, but can only load 20 at a time. it will take a long time to get to the bottom. any suggestions?

  8. Self-Service Frame Replacement Update Capability

    I just bought a replacement for my previously purchased frame that completely failed and would say that your frame replacement process is completely stupid. I should be able to manage my frame (replace it) on the website. Instead, I had to run around collecting serial numbers and other information to send to some admin person at your company to make some change to your database. I looked at this before I bought the new one and tried to convince my wife to just use one of the 10" Echo shows (which i have 2 of them) instead of messing with…

    Thank you for this suggestion.

    It is now possible inside your pix-star.com account (go to " my profile ") to update yourself your frame serial number so that you can self service when replacing an old pix-star frame by a new Pix-Star unit.

    Great product but you have some sloppy typos on your Amazon page (https://www.amazon.com/stores/node/3038638011?_encoding=UTF8&field-lbr_brands_browse-bin=Pix%20Star&ref_=bl_dp_s_web_3038638011) Specifically: "Control the frame remotly" (should be "remotely") and "The personnal connection" (should be "personal")

  14. Using TVersity as picture server

    When using TVersity as a server to send photos to the Pix-Star the advice is to use the setting for the Sony PS3 BUT for the latest TVersity version software this still results in small thumb nail pictures being shown.
    Using the Sony PS4 setting seems to get them to show full size on the screen.

  17. New market

    I feel there is a market untouched. I believe Every privately owned assisted living facilities should provide a pic-star frame to their new residents. Which will allow family to upload pictures live to their elderly love ones!! Just saying... I’d approach them!! 🤷🏻‍♀️

  18. Please change email verbiage for accounts allowed to send to the "WHITE LIST" and the not allowed "BLACK LIST"

    When setting up emails that are ALLOWED to send or NOT ALLOWED, they are referred to as the WHITE LIST or BLACK LIST! Can we please using different verbiage to describe or just delete this label for these lists? Thank you

  19. Display proper name of sender when posting from the app

    As a user of the app, when I post pictures to the cloud, I need the user of the frame to see who sent it, without having to parse some weird character string.
