  1. Border around pics

    Have an option to place a wider border around each pic and to customize the border color (white, black, etc). This would enhance the look of a picture frame collage.

  2. Allow the rearranging of albums by priority

    I'd like to be able to have albums displayed in order of priority such as:

    1) pictures of my newborn daughter displayed first
    2) wedding pictures displayed second
    3) pictures of my cat displayed third

    There shouldn't be any 'technical limitations' with this. Other frames do this easily.

  3. Don’t crop photos to fit

    Don’t fit photos to size. A lot of the photos cut off people’s heads to fit them in the square

  4. Allow certain photos to be marked for more frequent display in the random rotation

    I'd like (not just new pictures) to have certain pictures flagged with a higher priority for more frequent display in the random rotation.

  7. New App Update is NOT GOOD

    The new app update is not user friendly. Takes too long to upload photos, no way to see history of what photos have been sent to what frame. I have 5 frames attached to my app and I cannot upload photos. I hope something changes.

  10. Weather pages are nearly impossible to read - Please re-design!

    While the weather pages contain useful information, they are nearly impossible to read due to poor design.

    Please change (or eliminate) useless graphics and use contrasting colors to make city name 'pop.'

    You can't read from across the room. Have mercy on us 'boomers' with less than perfect eyesight!

  12. Display JUST the pic's date (user selectable date/time format?) AND display pics in chronological order.

    For me, showing the pic's file name is just noise. Almost useless, very confusing info. Please make it optional.

    Everyone likes to see the date/time differently (MM/DD/YY, DD MON YYYY, MONTH D, YY, 12 hour am/pm, AM/PM, 24 hour, etc). Let us choose which date AND time format we want the pic's EXIF data to be shown.

    Being able to show pics in chronological order will have vacation or Christmas pics all displayed together and in order, regardless of whose camera they came from. I'd be able to "watch" the grandkids grow up.

    What if the EXIF date/time is blank?…

  13. Ability to combine albums to make it easier to delete duplicate photos

    I would like to be able to combine albums to make it easier to delete duplicate photos. I have over 3,000 photos in multiple albums from several online backup services and there are a lot of duplicate photos.

  14. Show pictures in Onedrive subfolders

    Please could you add this functionality either as a sensible default or an option?
    I am scanning thousands of family photos to a Onedrive folder which is shared with my father's Pix-Star. Within that one folder the pictures are organised into many subfolders by subject and decade.
    Surely it should be very easy to do this? It was suggested here several years ago and got 32 upvotes. There was a response saying the R&D team would look into it but no further updates or progress apparently.
    We love the Pix-Star idea and are considering getting more frames for other family…

  15. I would like a tech to help with my problem

    Actual person would be nice. I purchased this frame and noticed it had been open but let it go. I have been trying to get someone to help me get my frame registration resolved.
    It does not give me anything other than it's not valid
    Now, I'm old and can get kinda cranky but really believe in my heart that this frame will work.
    Please help

  16. Display photos in folders in same order as are on SD/USB

    I would really, really like to see my photos of a travel trip in the order they were taken. From a folder on an SD and/or USB drive, I would like all the photos in that folder to be display in the order within the folder. Since PixStar does not work with date taken, I can arrange the photos on my drive in date taken order. All I need is for PixStar to display them in the order I have them on the drive. I'm not asking for them to be copied to Internal Memory in that order but to…

  17. Display Inbox before other Internal Memory Folders

    Currently the internal Memory displays folders in alphabetical order. The Inbox is displayed within these folders in alphabetical order. For example, the Inbox displays after the Glacier folder and before the Oregon folder. I would like the Inbox to display before (or after) all the folders in Internal Memory. Because I cannot name the Inbox, I cannot adjust in what order it should display. I use my photo frame for displaying many albums of travel photos that I can display in an order I would like.   18. Display Captions that have already been entered into the .jpg photo by another editor

    The IPTC metadata of the photos has Captions that I have entered using another editor. Picasa in my case but could be a different photo editor. The Caption can be seen when viewing the Properties of the photos - shows as the Title or Caption.

    I would like Captions to be a Display Detail that I could select to display with my photo instead of Picture Name etc.

  20. Support x265 encoding for smaller better quality videos

    x265 is a relatively new video encoding that is able to produce much smaller videos for the same quality as x264 videos.
