  1. Subject line from Pix-Star app doesn't appear as overlay

    I have noticed that when sending a photo from the Pix-Star iPhone app, if I complete the optional subject line, it does not appear on the frame when overlay is activated. The overlay feature works fine when sending from a conventional email application, however. Would it be possible to have this corrected? Thank you.

  3. Data plan?

    I am looking at buying this for my son's 87 year old great-grandmother. But she does not have wifi or even internet access. Could it be possible to connect this through my data plan, like I do for a tablet? Maybe that is already a feature?

  4. How about auto adjustment for Daylight Savings time!

    Please change le clock to use NTP servers, GMT plus a timezone adjustment. I have to change the clock every time we move in and out of DST!

    Hello,

    To switch the time to 24h mode go to the frame change settings menu then here go to “language” and choose the 2nd english language (english UK) then automatically time will be 24h.

  6. Is it possible to copy the photos from the frame to a USB?

    I cannot see a way to copy photos from the frame's memory to a USB. Is this possible?

    Hello,

    yes, of course.

    - go to the FILE MANAGER inside the frame.

    - select the pictures to copy.

    - press MENU and in the menu that shows up go down to

    copy selected to…

    - in the next window check the USB as destination the one that you’ve inserted and confirm.

  8. Display the reminders for each day with the daily information pages (calendar and weather).

    I would like to use this feature to remind my mom of appointments but I'm afraid she won't be looking at the frame when the reminder is displayed. If the reminders were displayed with the daily information, she would be more likely to see this information. Thank you!

  9. Sleep Timer

    Add a sleep timer option for sensor during sleep hours. I would love to have a setting to it turn off between 10pm-8am automatically.

    Hello,

    Understand. It has been like this for 8 years now, since the first pix-star was launched on the market in 2008 and nobody ever complained about these 20 seconds.

    It seems to be acceptable and a good solution / method for all our users so far.

    Is there any particular reason in your use case that these 20 seconds are now a problem?

  11. How to avoid duplication on my uploaded photo?

    If I upload photos sometimes there is a duplication. Can I avoid this?

    1 minute is too short and 5 minutes is too long. Please add something in between or a custom interval.

  13. Rename web albums

    Please make it possible to rename a web album. Right now it only takes the name from the source folder (OneDrive in my instance). And I've *neatly" ordered my photos in folders accoring to year and subfolders with months. It's confusing when all my albums are "July" (that's our vacation month ;) )

  14. I try to add "Buffalo" in the suggest a city field. It says it is added, but changes it to "Buffalo Lake" in Minnesota.

    It seems this city would have be added outside the "suggest a city" field. Manually added via admin is the solution, I believe.

  16. Weather suggested city for Minnesota

    Please add Buffalo. Buffalo Lake is automatically added when I type "Buffalo". These are two different cities.

  17. Allow user to create their own "Event Type."

    It would be really nice if users were allowed to create their own Event Types as often the Alarm, Important isn't quite what you need.

    Also, please correct the spelling of the word medicine.

  18. I think you should respond to customer's email...I have sent an email to you requesting new password. You do not respond

    You should respond to customer's email. I have sent several requesting new password as I cannot get into Wifi and therefore cannot receive pictures. Your service is terrible!!!

  19. More detail in the user manual

    Have a "generic" manual to print and send out with the frame. Maybe have a much more detailed manual on-line. Put ALL the information for the settings options in the on-line manual. Update the on-line manual as you make all the wonderful changes it looks like you're making based on customer feedback. Put a link in the printed manual you send out and encourage people to look there for new features.

  20. Features in Detail

    I want to know fastest transition time before I buy. Can't find the information anywhere. Not even in the manual, which I opened to check. Please add many more "details" on the web-site - maybe have a click button for "More Details" below the "popular" ones that are there.
