  3. Using TVersity as picture server

    When using TVersity as a server to send photos to the Pix-Star the advice is to use the setting for the Sony PS3 BUT for the latest TVersity version software this still results in small thumb nail pictures being shown.
    Using the Sony PS4 setting seems to get them to show full size on the screen.

  4. Add ability to whitelist/blacklist by phone number for people using the Pix-Star Snap app

    For the photo-emails it is easy to add email address to the whitelist and blacklist groups. For the Pix-Star Snap app for Android/iOS, it would be nice to be able to add phone numbers to the same whitelist/blacklist groups. I want to be able to avoid having the grandparents frames left open to accepting photos from anyone who knows the frame's address.

    I would like to be able to show the complete name of the picture, without the "Picture taken: xx/xx/xx". Or increase the display field (from 47) to fill the entire box....or allow 2 lines for display.

    Great product but you have some sloppy typos on your Amazon page (https://www.amazon.com/stores/node/3038638011?_encoding=UTF8&field-lbr_brands_browse-bin=Pix%20Star&ref_=bl_dp_s_web_3038638011) Specifically: "Control the frame remotly" (should be "remotely") and "The personnal connection" (should be "personal")

  11. Self-Service Frame Replacement Update Capability

    I just bought a replacement for my previously purchased frame that completely failed and would say that your frame replacement process is completely stupid. I should be able to manage my frame (replace it) on the website. Instead, I had to run around collecting serial numbers and other information to send to some admin person at your company to make some change to your database. I looked at this before I bought the new one and tried to convince my wife to just use one of the 10" Echo shows (which i have 2 of them) instead of messing with…

    Thank you for this suggestion.

    It is now possible inside your pix-star.com account (go to " my profile ") to update yourself your frame serial number so that you can self service when replacing an old pix-star frame by a new Pix-Star unit.

  12. Turn off "[WEB ALBUM]" when displaying the folder name

    Please make it possible to remove the words "[WEB ALBUM]" from the end of the folder name when displayed. It's awful when it says something like "Hawaii Vacation 2018 [WEB ALBUM]" on my photos. I just want it to say "Hawaii Vacation 2018" . Thanks

  15. Allow user the ability to delete an album.

    It appears the only way to delete an album is to click on each of 500+ photos one at a time. This is very low tech. I should be able to click on an album and click on the delete selection button and the entire album be deleted.

  18. Provide an option to download pictures to your PC

    We have people from all over submitting pictures to our frame to keep Mom up to date on our lives. I wish we could download them to my PC both for backup, but also to be able to make prints and videos incorporating those photos.

    I would like it to be possible to move images from the inbox to a web album. Today I must copy images from inbox to a web album and after the copying is complete I delete the images from the inbox..

    Hello,

    There is already such feature in the web site.

    Select the picture to copy then just above the pictures at the right click on the drop down menu saying " copy picture to web album" and select the destination album.

    remark: you must create the web albums first int eh page " view my web albums".
